Liu Mou Fen
东南亚美术协会委员（研究）画家刘懋芬女士，生于中国四川，中学时学工笔画，后随退休将领学墨竹画，强调观察、实践和临摹古作。移居新加坡多年，擅长水墨、彩瓷及工笔画。她参与多个美术团体的展览，并教导过许多学生。
Committee member (research) and artist Ms. Liu Mou Fen was born in Sichuan, China, learned gongbi painting in middle school and later studied bamboo painting under a retired general, focusing on observation, practice, and copying ancient works. Lived in Singapore for many years. She specializes in ink painting, colored porcelain, and meticulous brush painting. Liu has participated in numerous exhibitions held by various art groups and has taught many students.

Ms. Liu Mou Fen, currently a committee member (research) of the South-East Asia Art Association, was born in Sichuan, China, began learning traditional Chinese gongbi painting in middle school, later mastering bamboo painting under a retired general. His teachings emphasized observation, practice, and developing a personal style through discipline and copying ancient works.
Lived in Singapore for many years. She is skilled in ink painting, colored porcelain, and meticulous brushwork, with a unique style and exquisite technique. Ms. Liu has not only achieved significant success in her artistic creations but also actively participates in various art exhibitions. Her notable participation includes the 2014 National Day Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, the 2008 Taiwan Peace Kinmen—Chinese Hundred Ink Painters Colored Porcelain Joint Exhibition, and multiple exhibitions organized by the South-East Asia Art Association.
In addition to her artistic achievements, Ms. Liu is also dedicated to art education, nurturing numerous students and imparting her rich experience and techniques to the younger generation. Her works, characterized by profound cultural depth and delicate artistic expression, have earned widespread acclaim in the art community.
